Why do we have minimum technology standards?

We want to deliver top-notch service.

Simply put, we want to deliver top-notch service. Because the technology landscape is so incredibly broad, there are many vendors and solutions available. Unfortunately, we can’t be experts in everything, but we can be experts in some things, including the technology hardware and software that we support, and the tools we use to support them.

Technology baseline.

Our minimum technology standards serve as a baseline for the combination of hardware and software that will ensure your team members have the computing tools they need for optimal performance. Finally, our minimum technology standards allow us to operate most efficiently, which in turn allows us to provide world class service and support, and ultimately minimizing your downtime and maximizing your productivity.

Consistency, reliability & deep knowledge of capabilities.

Maintaining minimum technology standards allows us to ensure consistency for you and your team, reliability, part availability, rapid troubleshooting and deep knowledge of capabilities.
